Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges

At Looper USA, customer satisfaction is our priority — but due to the nature of our products and industry compliance, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

  • All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds

  • If you placed an order incorrectly, please contact Customer Support at info@loopercarts.us.com immediately to resolve any issues before your order is shipped

  • Once your order has been shipped and marked as fulfilled, no changes or exceptions can be made for any reason


🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges of any kind

  • Items returned to us will not be credited or accepted

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, we will offer replacements only within 14 days of receiving the shipment

Images of items received
Description of the issue


📦 Lost Packages / Undelivered Items

If your package was lost or not delivered:

  1. Submit a Missing Mail Search Request at MissingMail.USPS.com

  2. File a claim with the appropriate carrier (e.g. USPS or UPS)

  3. Visit your local post office for in-person support

You will need:

  • 📸 Valid Photo ID

  • 🔢 Tracking Number

  • 📄 Shipment details


🛑 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible

  • Orders eligible for cancellation must not be marked as fulfilled or shipped

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under specific approved conditions (e.g., cancellations before shipping).
